The Site Manager is responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety in accordance with Sunstates objectives.
Candidates must have 5 years of security supervisory experience with a strong track record of success. We are looking for candidates with experience creating schedules, conducting employee coaching, and managing training programs. Strong wtih knowledge with computer applicants, particularly Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll software, preferred. Excellent customer service and communications skills required.
The Site Manager will be working 1st shift Monday - Friday. However, this candidate must be willing to work occasional holidays and weekends as well as 2nd and 3rd shift when needed. The starting pay is $14/hr.
A Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
High School diploma or equivalent
